Congratulations to JSU Art Students for winning big at the 2016 Birmingham AND Southern District ADDY Awards!

JSU Students won five out of the total 19 Student ADDY Awards given at the Birmingham ADDY Awards:

• Matt Blaskowski, Gold ADDY (Alabama State Parks Photo Series)
• Luis Patino, Silver ADDY (Boo Identity Package)
• John Simmons, Silver ADDY (Art Identity Package)
• John Simmons, Gold ADDY (Writer’s Block Poster)
• John Simmons, Silver ADDY (Dhimmi God Packaging)

John Simmons Writer’s Block Poster was also awarded a Gold ADDY at the District Level and will be forwarded on to the National ADDY competition!

Gold ADDY winners at the Birmingham competition are automatically forwarded to the District ADDY Competition (comprised of Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee).
