MFA Graduate James Johnson completed a successful thesis show in April 2021. Black Men Design was created by James as a way to promote and encourage interest in graphic design among young black boys. He created a book called Design Thinking: Teen Beginner’s Guide to introduce design ideas and principles to young teens.
