A few weeks ago, the Art Department hosted a Graphic Design Workshop for local high school students. Coordinated by MFA candidate Lulu Hamissou, the workshop was attended by five high school groups that included the Anniston Islamic Society (10 students), Southside High School (11 Students), Munford High School (2 students), Pleasant Valley High School (1 student), and 2 home schooled students.

The activities for the day included a screen printing demonstration by Professor Christian Dunn, a laser cutter demonstration by MFA candidate John Wippler, and a typography exercise led by Professor Jamie Runnells.
