JSU Alum Emily Muir didn’t know anyone when she moved to Nashville so she joined the local AIGA chapter in order to meet new people in her field. Now she’s on the board of directors and is working towards promoting AIGA by visiting schools and businesses to talk about the benefits of the AIGA community.
I joined AIGA my junior year of college for the job boards, networking opportunities, and online resources. When I moved to a new state, AIGA helped me connect with liked-minded professionals in a city where I knew no one.
